Bubble Gum Wax @ Sri Hartamas

I'm very sure that most some most of you had been thru a thing called "waxing". Dont get me wrong ya, the wax which I meant is apply a hot sticky liquid which either hardens or get stickier on your skin. You might be wondering why do people wanted to do that right? Nothing better to be done??? Nope. The job doesn't stop here, after that, you get to strip them off from your skin...WHILE YOU CAN GO HAIRLESS!

aaaa.... That smooth baby skin feeling... exactly the feeling of 20 freaking years YOUNGER!!!

Anyway, I've been trying out this new thing since few months ago. Of course, I started on my lower legs first. Do you know how tired it is for me to shave (the plastic blade type) or even worst-PLUCK with my stupid small tweezer????? And they (hairs) grow faster than my booty does! YES! I'm still hoping for my butt to grow like J Lo!

To avoid me spending extra time shaving myself, I paid for a soft wax package for a waxing salon at Damansara near the The Strand. To be honest, I liked their job. Magnificent! Yup, this was recommended by a very famous blogger.

After that, I got tired to plucking hairs from my *ahem ahem* underarms too. Spending half hour, concentrating on one side to another, carefully plucking them. I don't mind the time, BUT, they grow as fast as two days which I think it is nonsense for people to always say "plucking them last for a month than shaving them directly!". HELLO! Same result as well lor! Some more, over concentrating made me headache X 2, for the sake that I have two underarms. ALAMAK!

So, I went for a first trial for underarms IPL. IPL is a light that kill roots (which I was told), so that there won't be any hair growing anymore(at least 80% guaranteed depending on the person's hormone). The girl which helped me to complete the trial told me that it was just an ant bite. So basically, what I have to do is to wear a plastic goggles and make sure that my eyes are shut tight cause the light can hurt my naked eyes. During the process, she applies a layer of cooling gel. The weirdest part is she didn't shave prior shooting the light at my underarms. And believed me, it wasn't just an ant bite. Its a bunch of RED ANTS BITES! and I smell burnt! If you give me a rate of 1 to 10 on how pain it was, I would say 8! Worst than brazillian wax!

Lucky I didn't sign up for the full underarms IPL from that salon, otherwise.... regret die me...

After that first irritating trial, I began to do a full survey based on customer's testimonials online rather than blindly find them from famous blogger's recommendation.

Being as lucky as if I had a rabbit foot, I found Bubble Gum Wax!

Testimonial was unbelievable, most of them was highly recommended by first timers! Some even gave good comments from Groupon purchases. Needless to say-returned customers and eventually become regular customers.

Went for my brazillian there and to be honest, service was comfortable than the one I usually went. Not that I'm saying my last salon was bad, but the girl here kept on distracting me by chit chatting. Friendly... But this wasn't the main dish. The main dish was to try out their IPL underarms.

Before the girl apply the cooling gel under my armpits, she disinfect with some hygiene liquid and put on some baby powder. After that, she started shaving the hairs with the blade. Please note that if you want to go for an IPL, do not tweeze them one week before the treatment. Otherwise, I think its useless for you to do it since you had pluck out all your hairs with the roots with them. When everything is clean and clear, then only she started to apply the cooling gel. I somehow feel that the main purpose of the cooling gel is to avoid my hair get burn or reduces the heat and pain from the light.

Anyway, goggles are on and we're ready to go!

While I was waiting for the pain to come, instead, I felt nothing. Seriously nothing at all! Even though there's nothing to it, but the whole process was a freakout cause even though there's no pain nor feeling, I was still pending for some pain! Obviously I got phobia from my first IPL trial lor!! What a badass...

My last salon only blast me once but in Bubble Gum Wax, they lighted me up three times~ Nice right:? I won't mind extra blasting since it don't hurt me though.

After the first IPL underarms treatment, I can immediately see a lighten skin results. Yes, I'm not joking. I brought my sis along too and she got a better result than me. OF course, that was because she has worser skin condition compared to mine.

I'm now currently on my second week of post-IPL. To be frank, half of the hair fell after scrubbing. It wasn't noticeable till I did a back hand body stretching. AWESOME~

Can't wait for my next appointment on two weeks later. FYI, all waxing including IPL are roughly done once a month ya~

what if he lost is memories

was leaning myself on the bed while playing with my new phone  micro sd card. I remember I had one but it went missing when I lost my phone together with it during a Xmas count down at sg wang a few years back. To be honest, till now I'm still afraid of the count down. It was super massive loads of people and all you could see is people attacking people with canned snow! I've been in this situation twice and to be honest, there will never be a third time.

Anyway, while I was exploring and installing new application into my NEWWWWW kingston micro sd card (lol), I slowly had a difficulty in breathing. Ya, bad idea to lean on my chest to play with my phone right?

Out of a sudden, I had a flash back of what he asked me earlier this morning while we were having breakfast...

He's always forgetful about my stuff, I really do mind it but after a few hours, I would tend to forget about it. Given to be last time, I will keep quiet and be angry at him till the second day and this would really pissed him off cause I will pretend to be nothing (which actually I'm angry and I refused to admit it). But lately, I will try to tell him how I feel and forgive him before the day ends.

SO.... I told him that he can forget anything BUT me. I said that I will certainly feel very sad if he forgets about me. After awhile, he started to asked me, how would I feel if he suddenly forgets about me one day, what would I do. I said "there must be a reason behind it, everything changes for a definite reason". In my mind, I was thinking "will he asked me what would I do if he lost his memories?"... Yup, he did.

All I could say is that if he really do lost his memories, I cant do about it. If he's facing a temporary memory lost, I might still able to accept it. However, if he had the permanent one, I won't even dare to imagine. To be, thinking far has been a phobia to me. Nothing is guaranteed (which what I've faced before I met him). Thinking forward can either something good or something bad. If you think about the good, you won't be able to accept failure in the future. If you think about the worst, all you could only think of are the negativities. Trust me. Enjoy what you have right now and think less, you will be happier.

While I was driving to his place after a movie last night, I was thinking...what would happened to him if I lost my life while speeding under the rain...

I always think that me loving him is more than what he's loving me. But after a few months of accumulation, I can tell that he's so much more considerate than me. Although he's always forgetful about what he promised me and being busy 24/7, everyday he will asked me whether I had had my lunch, what I had for lunch, breakfast, dinner... Each time when we have food together, he will not forget to give me some of his portion to share while I'm just busy eating mine. One thing I shall never forget, removing all the fish bone from a fish for someone is nothing. BUT removing chicken bone from a chicken is SOMETHING! 

Yesterday while we were enjoying a bingu from cafe bene, he was totally feeding me from the start till the end and I had only fed him once. I was enjoying the whole time without always lifting a finger! And the steamboat we had few days ago, he was literally cooking everything scooping the food for me. Not a finger was lifted as well. 

Sometimes, I do wonder the more he treats me good, the more I scare of losing him...

I know I haven been writing lately. BUT. I have a good excuse! Working really eat up a lot of my energy and I realised I tend to get hungry easily in the office compared in uni. Well, god bless me that I dont grew more and more fat. Otherwise a short abs video wont even work out for me.

After more than 20 days of waiting, I finally got my necklace from La Zenda! Merry!!! 

Despite to the long period of waiting (which is the only part I beh tahan cause I hate waiting and pending and waiting and pending), the outcome was mad chio!

Too bad the promotion has ended. I know. What's the use right now since that promotion has already ended. But to be honest, I will only recommend products which I've tested myself. I dont want anybody making up the wrong choices and blame me later.

Because of it's promotion, my necklaces are sent by local courier service with a velvet-like box for each necklace (which is extra chargeable for both courier and box cause they normally send their products using normal mail without a box protecting it).

What I get besides of the boxes - warranty card for titanium plated products. By the way, both my necklaces are in titanium, I felt its easy for me cause I swim and I dont remove it unless I went for facial. White and gold and rose gold cant withstand these rough surroundings and trust me, their best sellers are still titanium although their gold plated are more classy. Garrett's 3rd Outlet in Malaysia

For those who are not familiar to what Garrett is, basically it's a kind of pop corn. WAIT A MINUTE! It Is PoP CoRnS!!!

Garrett is quite famous... especially to those who knows their taste buds well... Before it came to Malaysia, the nearest place you can get them is getting your ass to Singapore (For Malaysians). For your information, not every countries has them. They do have shop lots in US, Brazil, Kuwait, UAE, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand and soon in Republic of Korea!

Lucky for Malaysians, there are two shop lots in Kuala Lumpur- one is located at KLCC while the other is at 1Utama. My boyfriend said he once traveled all the way to SG just to get his hands on them and bring jumbos back before they came in. This shows how addictive these pop corns are.

They have several flavors which I think at least one of them is going to be your favourite. Here's a list of them:

My all time favourite is Chicago Mix, cheezy and caramelly sweet at the time time...lol

Other than that, I've tried macadamia and to tell you the truth, the nuts are freaking fresh!

To me, KLCC is quite far and 1U is always a journey even though I don't need to stop for traffic lights. In short, I'm just lazy to drive, that's all. Fret not, their 3rd shop lot is here! And it's one step way more nearer to me!!! WooHOO~

Yes, the rumor is right! They have opened another branch in Mid Valley. It's just located opposite Starbucks. Don't get me wrong ya. The Starbucks I'm mentioning is the one in Mid Valley, NOT The Gardens. 

Don't get too overwhelmed cause it's a mini shop. For me, mini represents cute. lol.

Anyway, I've been craving for Garrett since weeks ago and I've been so freaking lazy to get them. But as I got the news from Garrett's latest update, I went to Mid Valley the next day just to get my Chicago Mix!

They have upgraded their normal packaging to the one similar with premium pop corns. See the 'paper wire' locking the bag? Now, it's locked tight. No more accident flow outs.

The pop corns are sealed inside the paper bag bonded with an inner plastic, this means no more oil stains which will go through the paper bag. Another score for improvement!

See how gorgeously tempting the pop corns are???

It was so freaking hard to resist not to unseal the bag and eat them! Even when I'm driving! 

They said chocolate makes traffic jam bearable. But I say Garrett did a better job!

I'm so not letting this beauty leave my eyesight!

My Pangkor Trip

So long never blog... Each time whenever I reach home after work, I will just bath and straight away to snuggle my tigger and snooze... Not tired from work but from jamming. Not that kind of RNB jamming ar! Is the traffic jamming ok? Don't even have the energy to go through Facebook, hence don't even mention youtube or azdrama...

I did mentioned I was employed right? I'm currently in the entertainment line and to those who are stupid enough to thought that I was actually working in the outlet, you seriously humor me.

Let's say you're currently  holding an chemical engineering degree and you told me that you're working in an hygienic line, may I ask you are you working as a cleaner cleaning up the floor and changes toilet rolls? No right? This shows how stupid you are when I said I worked in Neway and you asked me izzit I work in the outlet.

Anyway, I got invited to Pangkor. At first I thought it was something like Penang, so I asked my boyfriend to make sure I don't get troll or 'lat se' myself. He asked me whether I've been to Langkawi and I replied him "no, but I know there's a lot to visit and buy lor, duty free mar"... I dropped my jaw when he told me it's worst than Langkawi and basically there's nothing there. + . +'''

The journey to the jetty was mad awesome, especially travelling in a Triton. Best part was Sam attempted emergency break when Becky was trying to draw her eyeliner in liquid with brush tipped! Even I myself couldn't do that! Dangerous and no guarantee of fine line!

This is the entrance to the jetty. Remember it's the second turning in where you will go through a mini 'Penang' bridge. Otherwise you might ended up in the water park.

Forgot to took a photo of the boat because I was astonished that we weren't taking our vehicles in. No wonder Becky said we have to rent motorcycles. 

And about the motorcycles, I can tell that we were seriously in bad luck cause JPJ normally has two to three operations there and all the illegal vehicle renting will be temporary shut down. To be exact, there's none legal renting at all and we happened to travel on those dates! Happy liao lor... Walking or taking the bicycles was not an option at all! 

For the days, we took the pink vans, around RM20-25 depend on where you're travelling to.

this is how our hostel looks like... Or should I say the couple cottage. Yes, it's in a triangular shape like the one you see in Indian cartoon shows. Cute to the maximum right?

There's a mini balcony upstairs but Leong insist to watch me go up than trying himself cause he feels that it's sort of unstable. Well, you have only once in your life, so I went for it.

How mini can it be right?? It's just around RM150 for this little cottage for one night if I'm not mistaken.

For me, I'm not staying in this cottage, thanks to my boy for that... instead, I get to stay in this even-more-cuter cottage!

Let me bring you to the second floor...

You have to basically watch your steps cause it's almost 45 degree slanting! 

As small as the cottage looks, it still can fit a double and single bed... not including the spare bed yet!

For the couple cottage, their bed is on the ground floor cause it's a tight fit upstairs...

Wait till you see the lounge ... it's even more sophisticated!

By the way, that one in NEON HIGHLIGHT is the famous Becky...You'll get to see her as you continue reading... My office will definitely get cold if she's not around to crack jokes and Leong might get discomfort for not hearing her asking him "Leong, tomorrow eat what ar??"

They provide full time tea and coffee whenever we need and it's placed on top of a Singer Sewing Machine...I wonder if it still works cause my mum's still does. 

This will be our cleaning area cause you know why?

Our breakfast is DIY-dO iT yOURSELF! They will provide pancake mixture, eggs, and other stuff and we have to cook our own meals! Sam scare the host off when he asked her about the fire extinguisher... lol

Cute lounge for us to lepak and breakfast... Most importantly, must keep clean...

Something good about this place is that they provide shower for us so that we could wash off all the sands and dirt after we came back from the beach, unlike some hostel, they only provide a pale of water to wash off the sands on their shoes

So much better than my hometown's beach... don't expect that much cause it's not Perhentian or Redang... At least it's not coffee brown!

After taking photos and lepak around, all of them went back to the shore while I stay back to play fishing... Kind of misses the time when I'm fishing with my dad... Asking him questions and stay relaxing... unlike my sisters and my cousins... macam mari picnic je...

I even get to swim before heading back to the cottage... One word to describe? SALTY!!!

After our noon session, all of us get ready for BBQ. Best part? We don't need to BBQ ourselfs, we just sit there and they will BBQ for us. No more smokey eyes and smells... haha

Food was great and this dish was the best! And since my parents aren't around, is squid squid squid for me!

Steamed sting ray with their homemade sauce... Even Big S wanted to tapao the sauce back...lol

After the BBQ, we went back to our cottages to get the picnic mat, vodka and dried food... Oh ya! and the fishes Sam and WeiZheng caught earlier...

I was thinking how do I eat the fish when PohYee told me we're just gonna flame them in the fire without doing anything to the fish... 

Till now, I still wonder how lucky am I (but definitely not the rest) when the rain started pouring... Redbull with Smiroff was... yucks... I can really feel the V word is reaching my throat when I dry my mug up... 

Becky still say at least five people must throw up before session ends... I'm so not gonna waste my dinner especially I ate so much squid lor... No wonder she ask me to eat more during dinner, because she was preparing me! 

Before heading back on the second day, we finally get to took a complete group picture!

It was not ending of the bad luck yet when we tried calling the van but none reply... We had to walk out to grab one... 

After reaching the Marina Island jetty, we immediately went for seafood lunch. When we thought the bad luck might stay in Pangkor, it follow us back and made us unable to take our lunch at the restaurant we intended to go initially! No crab and no lala?? Even Becky and Sam said after having seafood at that place for so many times, this was the first time they have none seafood left! Freaking the suey maximum!!!

Found an alternative and went to another restaurant nearby... sorry lor, we aint going back without seafood! 

this would be my first time eating flower crab cause they don't always have a lot of meat inside... kind of milder taste compared to the normal crab

When Becky asked why izzit the crab lost a few legs, I told her because of "chopped legs" haha...

Leong and Big S immediately said the crab for diabetic! Laugh die me!

After Lunch, we went to the 大伯公 

It's really one set of Journey to the West lor! 

While I was admiring the scenery, they all went to bottle up water from the fountain.. some say its for luck while some say is for 平安 ... 

都是求个平安而已。。。

Overall, tired and fun trip... So when's the next one??
